What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. This page explains what our website uses and why.
Essential (always on)
- Your cookie choice: we remember whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we don't ask on every page. This is kept in your browser for 12 months.
- Booking and contact forms: our online booking and enquiry forms are provided by Ollosoft Drive. They may use cookies or similar technology the forms need to work securely, such as spam protection.
- Visitor statistics: we count page visits and measure page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These don't use cookies and don't identify you.
Analytics (only if you agree)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar to see which pages are useful and where people get stuck, so we can improve the site. They record how you use the site, such as pages visited, clicks and scrolling, but not what you type into our forms.
Marketing (only if you agree)
If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to see whether our adverts lead to visits and bookings, and to show our adverts to people who may be interested.
Video
Our home page has a short video hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may store information on your device to play it, as its own privacy policy describes.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we remove the analytics and marketing cookies we can and stop those tools loading. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
